Have you ever wondered why the same struggles keep finding their way back into your life?

Perhaps you have talked about them in therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts, and tried to make sense of it all. Yet somehow, the pattern remains.

You are NOT broken!

Sometimes, what keeps us stuck is not a lack of insight or effort, but a story that has never been fully understood.

My work helps you explore those deeper patterns with curiosity and compassion. By understanding how your mind, body and relationships have shaped your experience, we can create the conditions for lasting change… Not just temporary relief.

You may be in the right place if...

  • You feel broken, stuck, and exhausted from trying therapy that hasn’t worked.

  • The weight of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, or OCD has left you feeling misunderstood and hopeless.

  • Cycles of unhealthy coping, like overeating, overspending, outbursts, or panic attacks, begin to take over your life.

  • You are seemingly functioning on the outside, but inwardly caught in a cycle of overthinking, people-pleasing, shame, or avoidance.

  • You understand your problems intellectually, but they keep showing up, repeating the same patterns in your relationships, at work, etc.

  • You are exhausted from coping with a chronic health condition and want something to change.

Hi, I’m Marion,

I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in somatic, trauma-informed therapy. Many of my clients arrive by feeling stuck in spirals of anxiety, compulsions, relational overwhelm, or emotional disconnection. They have tried therapy before, but nothing has truly shifted the root.

I work with what is beyond the story: your nervous system’s memory, your patterns of protection, and the emotional body that needs to feel safe to release.

How therapy looks over the weeks…

An infographic with a brain icon at the top inside a circle. The main heading is 'MIND'. Below it is a quote: 'We cannot change what we do not know.' Additional text says: 'Gain self-awareness' and 'Learn how to make your present moment a better place.' At the bottom, it indicates 'Week 1-4' in brown text.
A motivational card with a brown background and white text, featuring a simple outline illustration of a person stretching or exercising at the top. The card reads: "BODY" and quotes about understanding the body and emotions, encouraging self-awareness, deeper physiology and conditioning, and letting go of the past. The bottom of the card says: "Week 5-10."
A graphic with an icon of hands holding the Earth at the top. The text reads: "ENVIRONMENT. Time to nurture yourself to allow all your growth to take root. Integrate your mind, body and environment. Let go of the past, live in the present and define what the future holds for you." At the bottom, it says: "Week 11-12."
